The free downloads which follow these instructions
are self-extracting zipped files. Save these files to your desktop.
If you do not know how to save a file to your desktop,
please click here.
After you have downloaded, double-click
on the downloaded file which will be visible on your desktop. In the window that pops up,
click on the "Unzip" button (not
the "Run Winzip" button.) This will upzip the files to your desktop if you do
not change the default location. If you are not unzipping to your
desktop, make a note of the location the file is going to, otherwise you may forget where
you put it!
Note 1: Mac owners: you will need Stuffit Expander
to decompress this Windows formatted file.
Note 2: Acrobat Reader
(it's free) allows you to view the files in the download. If you don't have this free
reader click
