4 Page Newsletter Template: Printable

This 4 page newsletter template can be edited to fit your needs and printed for mailing. All four newsletter template pages are formatted to fit 8.5" by 11" paper and can be printed for mailing.

Minimum Requirements

At this time, the printable template is only for use in either Adobe Acrobat (pdf) or Corel WordPerfect (wpd).

The template will not work if you don't have either one of these programs installed on your computer.

Please note that Adobe Reader - a free program you may already have or that can be installed - will only allow you to view the template. You will not be able to edit the template with the Reader.

Download This Template for WordPerfect

You must have Corel WordPerfect installed on your computer to use the WordPerfect version of the 4 page newsletter template.

The downloaded file is automatically labeled "4pgtemp.wpd". Save the file to your desktop. If you do not know how to save a file to your desktop, please click here.

Download This Template for Adobe Acrobat

You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to use this version of the 4 page template. Please don't confuse Acrobat Reader with Adobe Acrobat. The reader will only allow you to view the templates, while the full version of Acrobat allows you to edit the templates.

The downloaded file is automatically labeled "Template.exe". Unzipping it will put a folder called "Template" onto your desktop.

The file is a self-extracting zipped file. Save it to your desktop. If you do not know how to save a file to your desktop, please click here.

If you have Acrobat, you can fully edit the templates in their original format. If you don't have Acrobat, click here to visit Adobe for purchase details. Alternately, you can visit Downloads.com and search for retailers offering a discounted price on this software.

Unzipping Your Template Files (adobe acrobat only)

After you have downloaded, double-click on the downloaded file which will be visible on your desktop.

In the window that pops up, click on the "Unzip" button (not the "Run Winzip" button.)

After unzipping, the files will be on your desktop if you do not change the default location.

If you are not unzipping to your desktop, make a note of the location the file is going to, otherwise you may forget where you put it!

Clicking on the unzipped file on your desktop should open the template in the appropriate program. You are now ready for editing!

Note 1: Mac owners: you will need Stuffit Expander to decompress this Windows formatted file.

Note 2: Acrobat Reader (it's free) allows you to view the templates. Adobe Acrobat must be used for full editing capabilities.
